• Monitor cleanliness of tableware and utensils.
• Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Relay guest feedback to management.
• Process guest payments accurately.
