Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to greet and serve guests in our restaurant, ensuring orders are accurate and presented well. You will assist with set-up and advise guests on the menu, while operating POS systems where applicable.

Strong communication in English, reliability, and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. This on-site role supports Crescent’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register / POS system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
