Job summary

- Learn all menus and communicate offerings clearly
- Maintain clean and clear service areas
- Follow SOPs and memorize menu items
Responsibilities
- Greets guests promptly and courteously in the assigned workstation
- Verifies guest age for alcohol service and prevents overindulgence
- Learns menus and communicates food and beverage offerings
- Records orders, enters into computer system, and transports orders to guest
- Processes guest checks and handles payments accurately
- Performs daily cleaning and station setup/breakdown
- Supports tip declaration activities and assists indirectly tipped staff
- All other duties as assigned
