Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Server to provide courteous, efficient service at an assigned station and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. You will learn menus, assist with beverage orders, and apply suggestive selling while adhering to service standards and alcohol service procedures.

You will work with a team, maintain clean stations, and support daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in and passion for consumer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
• Learn all menus and communicate all food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation.
• Records and monitors food and beverage orders; enter into system.
• Transports orders from kitchen to guest and ensures timely service.
• Collects payments and performs guest check accountability procedures.
• Restocks and maintains station setup and cleanliness.
• Adheres to alcohol service procedures and safety policies.
• Perform daily cleaning and station breakdown when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
