• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Provide food recommendations and answer menu and service inquiries.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team to serve food and drinks.
• Enter all items served at POS accurately.
• Handle guest allergies/intolerances to ensure safe meals.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to encourage return.
• Process payments and finalize transactions.
• Address guest complaints by informing a manager and resolving issues.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
