Job summary

Hilton’s DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South is seeking a Restaurant Server to support daily F&B operations in the Dining Room. You’ll engage guests, learn menu items, and ensure accurate orders and timely service within a busy hotel setting.

You will maintain station cleanliness, comply with safety standards, and work collaboratively with hotel staff across departments to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must present a professional demeanor and interact politely with guests.
• Proven ability to learn menu items, promotions and specials.
• Experience using POS terminals and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with upbeat, friendly service.
• Master menu details to assist guests confidently.
• Enter orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Keep dining station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol safety standards.
