Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards. You will take orders, manage payments, and keep dining areas clean and well stocked.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, sustainability practices, and teamwork, with opportunities to cover bartending and bussing during busy periods. A high school diploma and POS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and complete payment transaction when appropriate.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving scores.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
