Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong command presence.

• CPR First Aid & AED certification preferred; Guard Card licensing is mandatory in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Offer directions, escorts, and general support while enforcing property rules respectfully.
• Maintain clear radio communication with supervisors and dispatch; coordinate with Port of San Francisco security and building management.
• Provide security coverage for scheduled events and heightened foot-traffic periods.
