Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as front desk lead while maintaining building safety and security.
• Greet associates and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Check in and out associates and visitors.
• Manage and enforce visitor policy.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge about Safelite and lobby items, answer questions accurately.
• Administer incoming calls and redirect as needed.
• Inform point of contact when visitors arrive.
• Assist with ID badge creation and deactivation.
• Monitor and aid Physical Security with access requests.
• Maintain and audit check-in/check-out log and badge log.
• Support alarm system audits and coordinate with Real Estate for maintenance.
• Perform various clerical duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
