Job summary

Default Brand is seeking a full-time Visitor Services/Security Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and security support at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, ensuring safety, and facilitating events across the campus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, hold a GED or high school diploma, and be CPR/AED certified. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, public environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven experience in customer service.
• CPR/AED certified or ability to become certified.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Enjoy constant interaction with people.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to museum visitors.
• Ensure visitor and campus security through observation.
• Facilitate operations of the Museum Carousel.
• Promote daily museum events and programs.
• Use Siriusware software for admissions.
