Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Security Ambassador to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service while performing assigned duties across indoor and outdoor security posts. The role supports strict confidentiality and adherence to information security policies within a fast-paced casino environment.

Applicants must be 18+, prefer a high school diploma, and have experience in security or hospitality.

Qualifications

Must have strong observation skills.
Must possess writing and spelling skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees and the public.
Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming experience for guest arrival and provide exceptional guest service during assigned duties.
May be assigned to indoor or outdoor positions/assignments throughout SGC property.
Complete CPR/First Aid Training and other required security trainings.
Report violations or situations detrimental to Seneca Gaming Corporation.
Assist in investigations conducted by the Seneca Gaming Corporation or authorities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow security policies.
Maintain professional behavior and adhere to attendance and regulatory policies.
Stand/walk in a 24-hour casino environment and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
