Job summary

Chaz on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO is seeking a courteous Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and support servers to ensure a warm dining experience. You will assist the cashier with payments, maintain menu presentation, handle telephone inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and seat them at appropriate tables.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and assist servers to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist cashier in collecting payment from guests and servers.
• Ensure menus are clean and presented in good condition.
• Know how to prepare cashier reports at shift end and manage tips.
• Answer the telephone according to standards and guide guests accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and specials to inform guests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
