This role supports a high-end dining experience with attention to guest occasions and safety guidelines. Morning administrative tasks, maintaining a tidy host area, and building rapport to encourage repeat visits are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Experience in customer service-facing roles.
• Available to work mornings for administrative tasks, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for duration of shifts and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
• Coordinate seating and dining room flow.
• Answer calls and questions about upcoming reservations.
• Be aware of guests with special occasions and dietary needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines.
• Proactively anticipate needs of coworkers.
• Ensure side stations are prepped for business demand.
