Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating with the TMS.
• Assist service team to ensure guests are satisfied.
• Inform guests about features and promotions and suggest menu items.
• Deliver food and beverages; pre-bus and provide refills.
• Maintain server assistant stand and lobby area.
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
• Ensure safe food handling and cleanliness.
• Manage takeout orders and check for accuracy.
• Observe tables and maintain clean, orderly areas.
• Accommodate guest needs and requests.
