Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers design their homes and deliver world-class service in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Opportunities for full-time or part-time work with flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are available.

You will apply product knowledge, engage customers with strong interpersonal skills, and collaborate with store teams to drive sales while delivering a fun, low-pressure shopping

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical Demands: stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
