You’ll engage guests, listen to needs, and apply product knowledge to recommend solutions while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced showroom.

The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and a path to earnings between roughly $45k and $65k per year, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or commission-based roles.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Interest in home design and interior décor.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays in a high-energy environment.
