Job summary

The Lash Lounge is looking for a highly motivated Communication Specialist to manage bookings and re-bookings for our salons. You will engage new leads from digital marketing and re-engage existing guests, presenting membership savings and discounts during rebooking.

You will work at the front desk as a key part of our thriving team and help grow salon business. Responsibilities include increasing appointments and memberships, greeting guests, booking by phone or in person, assisting with

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center/ phone sales experience.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Communication Specialist for our salons. Your focus will be booking and re-booking appointments for all who have expressed interest in our salons. You will work with new leads that we receive through paid digital marketing, and existing patrons to have them return happily to our salons. You will also present savings options to our guests during rebooking by pitching and selling memebrship savings, lash passes and ancillary service discount passes. You will work out of the front desk, and be a major part of our thriving front desk team!
