Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide top-tier administrative support for property and corporate sales teams. You will manage inquiries, coordinate tours, and ensure seamless service aligned with MGM’s SHOW standards.

The role emphasizes guest-centric hospitality, cross-department collaboration, and meticulous scheduling within a dynamic, entertainment-filled environment. Very competitive hourly rate and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least one year of customer-facing experience within a high-volume resort setting.
• Champions MGM's SHOW service framework by smiling, greeting guests, listening to stories, and delivering personalized moments.
• Serves as a supportive team player, balancing operational efficiency with world-class hospitality and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities.
• Manage travel advisor requests and coordinate with property operations to execute requests and distribute to teams.
• Be a resource on activities, services and amenities within the resort.
• Coordinate site/FAM tour agendas, prep keys, arrange dining, and liaise with clients as needed.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel for Sales executives.
