Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks a Poker Office Coordinator to support poker operations by handling administrative tasks for the Director of Poker Operations. You will book poker guest stays, manage day-to-day operations, and help maintain an organized, guest-centric environment with a focus on service excellence.

Starting at $18 per hour, this on-site role offers exposure to a fast-paced entertainment venue and opportunities to develop within the poker operations team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Poker Operations with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to answering multi-line phones and taking detailed messages, maintaining confidential files for Poker Game Administration, and monitoring inventory of departmental office supplies and requisitions items as needed
• Assist in prioritizing and scheduling appointments as well as maintaining the calendar in the Poker Game Administration area
• Keep Director of Poker Operations informed of all pertinent information regarding specific activities and irregularities
• Book all Poker guest reservations
