European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Sales Associate in Aurora, CO to deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will educate guests on services, wax pass benefits, and retail products while building lasting guest relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will help manage front desk operations, meet sales goals, and participate in training and marketing initiatives. This role offers basepay plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualificações

• Experience in guest services or retail sales.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close procedures and daily operations.
• Engage guests, assess needs, and recommend services/product.
• Drive sales through Wax Pass benefits, services, and promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and center sales goals.
• Manage front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
• Deliver a personalized guest experience following brand standards.
• Follow policies, dress code, safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions and community events.
