Job summary

The Children's Place in Woodbridge, Virginia is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service with product knowledge and effective selling techniques, while keeping merchandise neatly presented and stocked.

You will greet customers, assist with promotions, manage stock, operate the cashwrap, and follow loss-prevention procedures to protect store assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Communicate value of merchandise and promotions.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.

• Keep stockroom neat and organized and maintain a clean environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Protect assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
