Job summary

Yesway is seeking team members to ensure hospitality for guests, handle transactions, stock and price items, and keep the store clean and organized. The role includes food prep per management direction and handling customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Certification: Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• Background checks required for specified states (Kansas/New Mexico/Oklahoma) prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities cleanliness, and Yesway standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store.
• Process sales transactions, using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare cooked foods as directed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Maintain shelves, counter, floor, glass and equipment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain bags-in-box and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
