• Certification: Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely transactions, facilities cleanliness, and adherence to Yesway standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise.
• Process sales transactions using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare cooked foods as directed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Maintain shelves, counters, floors, glass and equipment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain bags of ice and beverages.
