Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Sales Ambassador in San Diego to deliver outstanding guest service, provide product information, and upsell when appropriate. You will greet guests, answer questions, resolve issues, assist with product details, and operate the cash register to ensure accurate pricing and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work independently, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests.

• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure merchandise is properly price marked.
• Take regular and special inventory counts.

What you get to do:

As a Sales Ambassador, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your “bottom line” will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. You will:

What it takes to succeed:

Availability Requirement:

• May be scheduled 0-29 hours; Scheduled hours vary based on business need;

Compensation:

• 19.00 USD Hourly
