You will assist guests with product knowledge, process transactions via POS, maintain store presentation, and engage with locals and tourists in a fast-paced environment. This role requires weekend availability and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work weekends and special events.
• Professional, reliable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and informative experience to all museum and retail guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
• Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
• Maintain familiarity with the Stockyards area to assist visitors with local questions.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure seamless operations and teamwork.
