Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to join our private club's golf operations team, supporting the Director of Golf and Senior Head Professional in member experiences, tournaments, events, and instruction.

The ideal candidate is a PGA member in good standing (or enrolled in the PGA PGM program) with private-club or resort experience, excellent customer service, a team mindset, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• PGA Member in good standing or active PGA PGM enrollment.
• Private club golf operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, tournament operations, and etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with golf management software, tee time systems, POS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Golf with daily operation and administration.
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
• Coordinate and execute tournaments, events, leagues, and clinics.
• Support tee time management and daily play coordination.
• Provide golf instruction or support instructional programs.
• Assist with merchandising in the Golf Shop.
• Ensure course readiness and member support.
• Enforce club policies and etiquette.
• Maintain accurate records of tournaments and operations.
• Foster a positive, service-driven team culture.
