Job summary

Bluejack National in Texas is seeking a Security Officer to protect residents, guests and staff across the private club. You will patrol grounds, monitor entrances, greet guests, and enforce policies with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, observer mindset, ability to work independently, and a valid Texas driver’s license with the ability to operate a golf cart. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior security or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol community grounds on foot or by cart to ensure safety.
• Monitor entrances and exits and authorize access.
• Greet and assist members and guests professionally.
• Enforce rules and respond to safety concerns.
• Prepare detailed security incident reports and maintain logs.
• Communicate clearly with HOA Community Manager.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
