Panera Bread in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests and preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, and soups with care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist across stations (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning, stocking duties and shift setup.
• Share Panera warmth and deliver great guest experiences.
