Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in Bristow, VA. In this role you will be at the heart of hospitality, greeting guests, assembling fresh salads and sandwiches, and delivering warm service in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will work as part of a diverse team, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and benefit from competitive pay, free on-shift meals, and opportunities for growth. Prior food-service experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Food safety training provided during onboarding

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for respective areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC)
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up next shift
