Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Hampton, VA to deliver warm hospitality, prepare fresh foods, and assist guests across service areas. You’ll help create meaningful guest experiences through friendly interactions and efficient service in a fast-paced bakery-cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Food safety training or willingness to obtain Food Handler's Card.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment.
• Support team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up next shift.
