Job summary

Panera Bread is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to join our hospitality-driven team. You’ll be the heart of guest experiences, delivering warmth, care, and great food in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment across Manassas, VA.

You’ll assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches, greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, and help keep the dining area inviting and safe. No prior food service? We welcome motivated individuals who want to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Food Handler's Card required by law
• Food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and speed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift
