Job summary

Grand Superior Lodge in Two Harbors, MN seeks a Guest and Resort Care Specialist to ensure exceptional guest experiences both indoors and outdoors. You’ll perform maintenance, assist with activities, and support daily operations while delivering Odyssey’s HEART values.

The role includes rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sat 2-10 PM, Sun-Thu 1-9 PM), physical tasks, and a safety-conscious approach. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within Odyssey Resorts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related hospitality or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property and report issues identified during routine inspections.
• Inspect grounds and facilities; clean areas, restock supplies, and assist with events.
• Assist with guest activities, craft kits, and event setup as needed.
• Assist with guest and employee transportation when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and uniforms in good working order.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for on-call shifts.
