Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience a plus.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property and report issues identified during inspections.
• Inspect grounds, perform cleaning, stock supplies, and assist with events.
• Assist with guest transportation and provide welcoming, proactive service.
• Perform ground maintenance and basic preventative tasks.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and handle safety concerns.
