Job summary

Tre Dita, located on the second floor of The St. Regis Chicago, part of Lettuce Entertain You, is seeking Reservationists to deliver engaging guest service and manage reservations by phone and online tools.

You will greet guests, confirm bookings, handle special requests, coordinate with management, and maintain a tidy desk; weekend shifts required; training on alcohol awareness provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound calls and reservations.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, record and confirm reservations, and provide guest-friendly service.
• Handle special requests and accommodate guests with disabilities per guidelines.
• Update guest profiles in the reservations system and maintain accuracy.
• Follow all steps of service and keep the desk area clean and organized.
• Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu.
• Respect food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Work varied hours, including weekends.
• Operate reservation and phone systems with proper etiquette.
