Midway Auto Dealerships in Kearney, Nebraska seeks a friendly Guest Experience Representative to be the first contact for customers. This part-time role is approximately 25–30 hours per week, with Saturday hours required.

You will greet guests, handle calls, connect customers with Sales, Service, or Parts, and provide basic administrative support while maintaining a welcoming environment.

GUEST EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

Midway Auto Dealerships — Kearney, Nebraska

Part-Time | Approximately 25–30 Hours/Week

Midway Auto Dealerships is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Guest Experience Representative to be one of the first points of contact for our customers.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome customers and guests as they arrive at the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Help customers connect with the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or other department
• Assist with scheduling and basic customer inquiries
• Take messages and make sure important information gets to the right person
• Help create a clean, welcoming, and positive environment for our guests
• Provide general administrative and customer-service support as needed
• Represent the Midway brand with professionalism and a great attitude

SCHEDULE

Approximately 25–30 hours per week

Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM is required

Additional weekday hours will be scheduled around the needs of the dealership and the candidate's availability.
