Job summary

Midway Auto in Kearney, NE is seeking a Service Assistant / Concierge to greet customers, prepare vehicles, and keep the service drive and lounge inviting. The role offers a starting pay of $16 per hour with options for full-time or part-time, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills (required).
• Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and connect them with Service Advisors.
• Vacuum and prepare vehicles with floor mats and seat covers.
• Keep the service drive and customer lounge clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Move vehicles to the correct areas (outside or technician bays).
• Maintain night drop area and restock supplies.
• Assist with light cleaning and occasional vehicle pick-up/delivery.
