Overview

The Beach Supervisor oversees and coordinates diverse recreational programs to enhance the guest experience. Responsible for planning and executing activities, the role involves managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and engaging with guests to tailor programs to their preferences. The position also includes budget management, event coordination, and marketing to showcase and promote resort activities. Key qualifications preferred include 2+ years of relevant experience, retail experience, leadership skills, Lifeguard certification, creativity in program development, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Recreation Supervisor contributes significantly to the resort’s success by creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This is a key position and will require flexible availability including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field. (preferred, not required)
• Experience: 2+ years in resort recreational program management or related field
