Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain the high standards of our resorts. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensure cleanliness upon arrival, and interact with guests by delivering extra items to rooms.

This role emphasizes guest service and attention to detail, with daily responsibilities including inspections, inventory replenishment, reporting issues to management, and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform multi-task assignments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all units assigned to ensure quality meets resort standards.
• Inspect all public areas as assigned.
• Clean units and public areas as assigned.
• Report quality problems to management and ensure corrective action.
• Conduct written inspections on units as designated by management.
• Replace missing inventory items in units.
• Report maintenance issues and suspicious activity to security.
• Keep assets and supplies secure in storage at all times.
• Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory.
