Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Property Caretaker to ensure our properties are always ready, secure, and well-maintained. You will handle routine upkeep, support clients when needed, and assist with smooth daily operations.

This on-site role supports guest readiness, coordinates with vendors, and helps keep operations running smoothly, with opportunities to advance and contribute to high standard hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or property care is preferred.
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, well-maintained spaces.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently.
• Strong communication with guests, vendors, and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes are secure, clean, and fully stocked.
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., changing lightbulbs).
• Coordinate with trusted vendors for major repairs or specialized services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, replenishing as necessary.
• Prepare properties for guest arrivals, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.
• Inspect housekeeping work to maintain 5-star quality standards.
• Respond promptly to on-site guest needs (lockouts, troubleshooting appliances).
• Communicate property conditions and feedback to Operations Manager.
• Follow SOPs for consistency and safety compliance.
