Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Vinton, located in Vinton, VA, seeks an Ambassador to serve as a main contact and hub of information on the gaming floor. You will assist with marketing and promotional programs and may work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $16.00 per hour.

The role involves promoting the brand, engaging guests, and supporting loyalty initiatives while upholding company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must obtain Virginia Racing Commission license and a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Increase value of the brand through programs and promotions.
• Manage guest loyalty and direct marketing programs and provide guest services.
• Assist guests with understanding HHR machine play.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Display strong people skills and a professional presence.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per policy and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
