Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through the merchandise experience with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

As RSA you’ll engage guests in conversation, highlight features and benefits, and support opening/closing duties while keeping the store polished and presentable. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication is required.
• Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple details in a changing environment.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk distances and lift 30–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician to enhance the guest shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and inform guests of features and benefits.
• Perform opening, closing and side duties including cleaning, polishing, and folding products.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management.
