Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers all dirty dishware from tubs to the dish room and clears leftovers.
• Loads dishracks and operates the automatic dishwashing machine as instructed.
• Controls dishwashing detergent output and adjusts chemicals.
• Unloads and stacks clean dishes for easy use by staff.
• Scrubs pots and pans manually when needed and ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver, stainless steel, and pewter used in service.
