• Know and explain tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features like Wallet.
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering processes.
• Handle returns and follow store policies with leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stock supplies during open hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
