Job summary

Dash In in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to join our 24/7 retail team. You will help guests with a smile, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean while supporting the team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. is required; background check and drug screening will be completed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED program.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
