Job summary

JIB Cal-Tex Restaurants Inc is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience across dine-in and drive-thru, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety. You will support front-of-house operations and ensure high standards of service and hospitality.

In this fast-paced role, you will greet guests, take and process orders, ensure accuracy, and assist teammates as needed while adhering to company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; high-volume fast-paced restaurant experience advantageous.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read/understand written English; basic math skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/clarify orders; enter orders in POS and handle payments; thank guests after service.
• Assemble and deliver orders accurately and promptly; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness (interior/exterior) and restrooms; stock supplies and assist team as needed.
• Support food prep, fry, grill, and assembly tasks; follow safety and quality standards.
