Job summary

Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to support public areas and back-of-house cleanliness. The role requires assisting guests, maintaining a positive attitude, and adhering to hotel standards. Training includes safe use of cleaning equipment and following established procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, corridors, and public spaces, reporting issues promptly, and supporting team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team to consistently deliver a quality product.
• Able to handle objects, reach with arms and hands, push a cart weighing 100-150 lbs., and lift 50-70 lbs.
• Knowledge of and ability to use cleaning equipment for floors and carpets.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, in accordance with the hotel’s personal appearance standards.
• Follows OSHA regulations and policies/procedures set forth by Housekeeping department.
• Applies excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guests.
• Maintains a positive attitude and promotes teamwork among Team Members.
• Cleans and sanitizes public and back-of-house areas and handles cleaning equipment properly.
• Performs daily cleaning tasks and reports maintenance deficiencies promptly.
