Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team onsite. You’ll rotate through stations like Court Monitor, Greeter, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, and event support, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience while learning core park operations.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed, with no formal education required and high school students encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational people skills and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to follow safety rules and park procedures.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing station assignments and priorities.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions and ensure guest safety at Court Monitor.
• Welcome guests and assist with directions and flow at Greeter/ Park Support.
• Lead birthday parties and coordinate event timelines as a Party Host.
• Prepare party rooms and confirm details as a Party Coordinator.
• Take and process guest orders accurately at Café Front of House; handle cash.
