Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team at our park location. You will contribute to a safe, engaging guest experience across various stations, with opportunities to grow in guest service and safety responsibilities.

Roles include stations like Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, and Marketing Support. Must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $12.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.

• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce safety rules consistently and respectfully.
• Identify and address unsafe behavior promptly.
• Assist with emergency response procedures as trained.
