Aramark is seeking an Operations Manager for Grand Teton National Park region. You will lead on-site teams, oversee wage/hour compliance, payroll coordination, and drive improvements in service quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role focuses on developing staff, optimizing core processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in operations management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High energy with proven track record for growing business.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lead in a diverse environment with focus on client and guest service.
• Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wage & hour compliance for local employees.
• Coordinate payroll functions and check distribution.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the base business and improve retention.
• Lead and develop management staff and front-line personnel.
