Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an Associate to start on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone’s day gets a little better.

No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one, and you’ll be active outdoors in all kinds of weather with a tight-knit team that values ownership and energy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program provided.
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide friendly, professional customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and efficiently and maintain a clean wash area.
• Convenience Station: engage customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage reviews.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Perform general site upkeep, trash removal and safety checks; maintain vacuum stations.
• Open/close duties to ensure smooth daily operations and communicate issues to management.
